I have 36 years experience in the food industry, working in different sectors including the meat and fresh produce industry and have a 2:1 (hons) Degree in Food Technology 

My career has taken me to South America, Asia, Central America and most of Europe 

Customer facing for over 20 years, with experience of all of the major uk retailers

level 4 HACCP and Advanced Food hygiene certified

On a personal level i have completed 18 marathons, 7 half Ironman and 3 full ironman triathlons, 1 ultramarathon and I am currently training to ride from Lands end to John O Groats (Aug 2023)
